I have been pratcicing as an Energy Medicine Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Therapeutic Bodyworker for over 20 years and spent much of this lifetime nurturing, developing and honing the ways in which I understand energy and the physical body, as well as working with these senses, sensitivities and energies to develop my healing practice.
Years of training, practice and experience with truly amazing teachers, healers and clients has helped me to develop a rich practice in which I use an intuitive and therapeutic approach to assist those I work with.
This experience allows me to help facilitate the healing of all aspects of a clients being: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional
It is my goal to help others become more of who they are and less of who they think they are, all the while navigating life’s many phases.
This is done by reading your unique physical and energetic structure and then using various clearings, alignment and procedures, we work to help you to expand into a clearer and more authentic way of being.
Using a variety of techniques and knowledge, sessions are individualized and effective in releasing patterns of holding, both physical and energetic. We work to shift old patterns to create stronger alignment with your purpose and divine self.
In my Therapeutic Bodywork offerings, I incorporate a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Asian Bodywork therapies, Gua Sha, Cupping, Cranial Sacral, and Energy Medicine and deep guidance to address whatever area or issues need to be addressed.
Bodywork offerings are for every body, whether you are simply a human looking to unwind and stay optimally healthy or you are training for an Ironman. It is my intention to bring you to an optimal place of healing.
Energy Medicine Sessions work on all aspects of your being; physical as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual. The goal is to bring all aspects of you into a place of optimal alignment, functionality and balance.

Based in Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine Work as well as Shamanic Journey Work, each session is unique and based upon what is taking place within your unique energy structure at the time of your session. Energy healings are designed to remove energies and debris that may be hampering your experiences in life, and bringing you to a place of equilibrium. In this place of balance, it is my intention to guide you through the process of releasing and healing the old, and become open to the possibility of a different way of being.
The spaces we occupy, our homes and places of business, can be affected by the events and people who have interacted with them either currently or in the past. An energetic space clearing will work to release non-beneficial or stuck energies and bring in energies that can support,harmonize and balance the space for the ultimate benefit of the people who interact with either the living space, work space or land. Ultimately, my intention is to clear out what doesn’t serve to make way for the new.

The building is a part of a larger complex of "The Counseling Center" and is actually a back building located on the corner of Bannock and Straughan. There is street parking or parking in the lot available to you.
